Recruitment Process
Impacta Consulting is a consulting firm based in Beirut, Lebanon. We are always interested in talented, highly qualified professionals with strong strategic and operational expertise, excellent client management skills, and relevant consulting or industry experience. Upon assessment of your resume, the Impacta Consulting team will contact you if your qualifications and experience match our requirements and there is a potential opportunity for collaboration.
In general, our recruitment process comprises three stages:
a) Initial profiling and suitability interview; to assess your academic background, professional experience, and overall suitability for the role.
b) Business case assessment interview; to evaluate your analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
c) Final validation interview; a discussion with our management team to assess mutual expectations, professional compatibility, and the potential for a lasting business relationship.
What we are looking for
Our requirements for talented professionals vary depending on the nature of our projects, market developments, and client priorities in Lebanon. However, some of the key qualifications and qualities we value may be summarized as follows:
- Relevant professional experience in management consulting, business advisory, or operational roles, with expertise in areas such as strategy, finance, human resources, technology, or organizational development.
- Strong academic background from a recognized university, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with French considered an additional advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- A commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and delivering high-quality consulting services.
